The Fulbright Research Programs in the People's Republic of China are intended "to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries." This page provides information for Fulbright applicants who plan to come to China, or Fulbright grantees who are currently in China.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens at the time of application.
Fulbright opportunities for Chinese citizens are administered
by the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, in cooperation with the Chinese
